„Very disappointing to arrive on site a 1845 and discover that there was no restaurant facilities and no bar available for a drink. The booking confirmation stated that both were open 11 till late, but it's actually 6pm when the restaurant closes. There is an expensive shop open to buy student type food, but we didnt fancy pot noodle when we were hoping to be dining in the restaurant. Very misleading information. “

„Large shared kitchen with excellent facilities. Single bedroom had plenty of space and in the back of the property so quiet. Doors are noisy when they close. Could have done with a bedside table and hook on the back of bathroom door for towels. So tiny things would make it perfect but this was a great place to stay.“

„Leider sind die Zimmer und Fenster sehr hellhörig. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße und konnten jedes Wort verstehen, was dort erzählt wurde. Genauso mit dem Zimmer nebenan. Man hörte sogar, wie die Kaffeemaschine nebenan gelaufen ist... Ein Grund, dass Hotel nicht als gut zu bewerten.“

„Last minute booking and what a great little find. Room was spacious and beds comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. Shower was pretty low pressure but got us all clean and in all we had a great stay. Location is brilliant, 10 mins walk to the beach and 15/20 mins walk into Whitby centre. Only downside is no breakfast available but plenty of places in Whitby for this. “

„Excellent apartment with everything we needed. Clean and comfortable. Definitely be staying here again. When parking outside, just be careful not to drive further along the road because this is a camera controlled bus lane and you will be fined. “

„The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.“

„Good size apartment, great for overnight business stay. Good location and lots of places to eat nearby. Car parks are close too so not too inconvenient, but they are expensive for long stay.“
