Rude and unprofessional service. Their housekeeping threw my new shopping bag full of new clothes (with price tags on!) in the garbage. At first the front desk staff denied any responsibility and said the housekeeping would never take anything that was not in the garbage bin from the room. Then they sent some cleaning staff to check the trash cans outside. They were nonchalantly browsing the trash and laughing about it until I went there in person to help with the search. Only then they started the serious search. Even after retrieving all of the items and showing them as evidence (as in the beginning the front desk was confident that their staff would never make such a huge mistake) the lady at the front desk didn’t even offer an apology. All she had to say was that the manager was going to check the cameras and see what happened. After around 3 hours the manager finally came with the offer to refund the parking fees plus the room upgrade fees. The total would still be much less than the cost of the clothes that I lost. They didn’t even have the courtesy to offer to pay for dry cleaning. His explanation was that we already got a discounted room upgrade (which was due to their false advertising with room pictures – you can read more about this on a lot of other reviews here). Only after the situation started to draw the attention of the new guests and they saw the clothes that were retrieved from (and smelled like) trash, the manager offered to refund the cost of one night.

Thank you for reaching out. Housekeeping mistook your bag for trash as you left it next to the trash can with used coffee cups on top. Housekeeping did apologize for that (you even said they did yourself). The original discount (Upgrade fees and Parking) would absolutely have covered the costs of dry cleaning. We were being reasonable as you were yelling and screaming in the lobby causing a scene. It was a sight to see for sure. We hope you enjoy your stay at other hotels.

Nothing was good, it was not what was represented on your website . It was awful. I showed up with signs saying valet parking not event parking. I pull up and the guy tells me sorry this is only for event parking. Then when I said I am checking in where do I park he says go out and turn a hard right and go into that structure. That had no parking. This is not acceptable. Then I find parking on a tiny dirt lot which did damage to my tesla as it was too steep. Then the room...........was not at all like displayed in the pictures. It was old, and disgusting. I left Sunday becuase I did not want to stay there anymore.

There’s are two sides to this property. A nice side that is renovated that is shown on Expedia’s website and another side that is run down and offer unacceptable living conditions for the price. I (and others) were unfortunately fooled by Expedia’s description and they tried to put me in the ugly side of the property. However, the manager was very nice and worked with us to change us rooms to the renovated side. Other than that, location was great and parking was easy. Everything is within walking distance.
