The sink was leaking the bathroom was leaking.
Got there and had to wait long for a room to be prepared. The customer service at the front desk was good however, the staff in general was poor except for the young man who did the grilling & serving exceptional service. The bartenders were rude.

It is unfortunate and we apologize profusely that the consistency with our service delivery was not executed by all members of our team. This is a concern to us and while overall customer service rating for the period of your stay was 89%, this will be addressed with respective department managers.
