Konnten problemlos vor Ort auf Nichtraucherzimmer umbuchen. Konnten 2h vorab einschenken. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin an Rezeption

Didn't get the opportunity to like or dislike anything about the property, they never checked me into the room. Although we did arrive late, due to a late flight, I had a reservation and a clearly posted sign in the hotel vestibule next to a phone that said checking in late is no problem just call 500 and they'll get me checked in. Called 500 3 different times for about 20 minutes with guest services unable to reach night clerk and it just going to dial tone each time but the last when the guest services rep informed me they wouldn't be checking me in as it was too late.

Whole place stunk and was disgusting

The vibe of the hotel was like a prison it felt really unsafe, the smell was so bad. The room was so dirty I don’t think it was cleaned in years we checked under the bed it was so dirty we even found a potato under the bed it was probably there for years.
