Everything was great except only one elevator was working during my stay. Which at times took longer to get to and from my floor.

Well located, quiet area. Two issues. Only one elevator was not enough, the other out of order and the AC in the room was extremely noisy- turned off to sleep

Property is nice. Room is spacious and clean. I had a rental stroller delivered and they lost it. They wouldn’t look for it until I asked to see their security cameras and then it magically appeared from the back room. I also have a $53 charge on my credit card from the hotel and no one can tell me why. We stayed on night.

Recently remodeled suites. Very affordable and clean. The staff made the stay effortless. Close to Disney Springs with available shuttles. I will definitely book again. Oh! Don’t forget the cookies!

Pool and gym were closed. This should be stated before you make your reservation. This is why we gave it 3 stars. It’s extremely inconvenient to have to drive to a sister hotel to use their pool.

The location was convenient to Disney Springs for nightlife. The shuttles were a wonder and so convenient. Never heard any outside noise, nor people walking down halls or feet moving above us. Pleasantly surprised at all waters given to us. Any employee we dealt with smiling, kind and helpful. Such a wonderful stay at Doubletree!
