Mein Sohn und ich waren zum zweiten mal in diesem Hotel. Wir hatten die Suite 1702 mit Parkblick und waren begeistert. Das Personal von der Rezeption, Hauskeeping und besonders James und Jesus waren stets hilfsbereit und gut gelaunt. Wir kommen definitv wieder. Liebe Grüße mrs. Stegner
My son and I stayed at this hotel for the second time. We stayed in suite 1702 with park view and we loved it. The staff from the front desk, housekeeping and especially James and Jesus were always helpful and in a good mood. we will come definitely back. Best regards from Germany.

Neu renoviert, sehr schönes großes Zimmer. Leider hatte ich kein Zimmer mit Parkblick, obwohl gebucht. Die Kinder im Nebenzimmer die um 4 Uhr nachts die Etage wach geklingelt haben waren auch nicht so toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit

I was expecting a hotel lobby with cafe and shops ect, did not realise there are 2 trump towers close to one another….. it was a wonder stay and the service was excellent.
