Not pleased. Check in took forever. Carpet in room was stained beyond recognition. Check out also took forever. Worst of all, they required a $100 cash deposit! That was completely unexpected? Why? I was told because I booked through Expedia that is their policy. And the deposit cannot be reclaimed until after 8:30 am (when the safe opens). I will not stay here again. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my career.
