Check in dauerte lange. Leider kein heißes Wasser. Habe es reklamiert aber das Problem konnte nicht behoben werden. Happy Hour ist nicht empfehlenswert das Bier aus der Dose zu teuer. Abendessen nicht gut. Beim Frühstück wurde erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt.

The staff here are fantastic. Very friendly, attentive, and responsive. My wife and I had massages and the ladies did a great job. If you are in Manado and are looking for a hotel that can make your trip The Swiss Bell is the place to go.

The Swiss Bell Hotel is very clean and quiet, the staff was outstanding to us. Always greeting with a smile and hello. The manager spoke to us and was very nice and accommodating. 5 star staff and 5 star hotel

This hotel is very comfortable and clean but the staff at this hotel is way above and beyond. The entire staff never missed an opportunity to make us comfortable and it made for a very enjoyable experience. Great job!

Great spot would stay again
Veröffentlicht am 06.06.2023 auf HotelsWe had a great stay at the Swiss-belle in Manado, the customer service staff were exemplary. The room was a good size with an amazing view over the city. The hotel was in a great location and was a super easy Grab pickup/ drop off point (very important consideration in Manado!). There was an indomaret and a gelael grocery shop just across the street for supplies, an atm out the front, and we found 2 amazing restaurants for dinner within 5 min of the hotel. Only feedback is that it would be great if there were water refill stations available for guests in addition to/ instead of the complimentary 2 plastic bottles a day.
