Dear Mimi, We are deeply sorry to read that your stay was not up to your level of expectations. Our breakfast is composed by a wide variety of quality products. However, we regret that the breakfast was not to your liking. Every room is comprehensively checked before providing it to our guests. Nevertheless, we apologize for the unexpected issue concerning the toilet flush. We do our best to ensure the calm in the hotel. For this purpose, all our team is very implicated and they make sure that every guest respects the hotel rules.
