Not a five star standard

We had a 4 nights stay from 28th Dec to 1th Jan 2024. The room was specious and nice, bad badly sound isolated. We had to ask a few times to clean the room, since it was still not cleaned at 4 pm. We were also missing the equipment for 3 ppl, such towels, bathrobe, glas and similar. We got some on request, but not all. When we checked inn we were told that our total bill will be 3000 pounds, which was about 700 pounds more then the correct price. The lady at the front desk asked some colleauge for help, and we got the correct price at the end. The breakfast was pretty poore for 5 stars hotel. It was always a queue for the breakfast, and the stuff were stressed because the breakfast restaurant was a way too small for all the guest. All the stuff were very helpfull and polite, but anyway, this is not worth the money, and it is not a five star standard as it says on Hotels.com.
