The hotel is in a very scenic area of the city, on the Ohio river with free parking within a very short stroll. The Riverwatch restaurant is a bonus, as its original purpose was a barge. The residents of the city are friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend would be a free continental breakfast. There is a buffet, but costs more than I would pay.

Our group of three absolutely love this hotel experience in so many ways. We love the friendly staff when we checked in, the suite was wonderful with a view of the Ohio river and a very comfortable spacious floor plan and the dreamy bedding. The spacious kitchen table and chairs, plus sofa & chairs in living area made socializing fun. I would love to stay at this hotel again in the future and I would highly recommend it to others.

I had a misunderstanding with dates and this property would not answer any of my messages and still took money for me. When I made my trip for some reason it made it for April instead of may. After that I got locked out of my email because I got a new phone and couldn’t remember my password to my email and it kept trying to send a confirmation to my old phone. I wanted to explain this to them but never got a chance. They didn’t even consider talking to me. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I just literally had a baby and couldn’t afford to lose out on that money. I was going for my birthday out there to relax so thank you for ruining that for me. I needed this trip btw. I have been dealing with postpartum and other issues and all I wanted was to relax and yall couldn’t even have common courtesy to speak with me after leaving like 5 messages.
