Titanic palace is fantastic clean place to be treated well, politeness, happy friendly staff. The gardens are immaculate with everyone working so hard. I rate this 9/10. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and maids accommodating for any needs of service. The reception staff can help you with any issues and recommend places to visit. I hope the Titanic palace opens very soon again when all the virus problems subside. I overall rate the palace.

Hotel Didn't Honor confirmed Expedia reservations

Gut: Aqua Park was fine, decorations are nice.
Nicht so gut: Hospitality and Discrimination don't mix,You can't feel comfortable when you face such experience.They must renounce this behavior as soon as possible
Lage: There's a mall called (Senzo) with Spinney's Hyper market not a couple of miles near hotel, also there are several souvenirs shops around the place
Hotel refused to let me check-in with my confirmed Expedia booking although I called hotel reservation office and they confirmed to me that everything is alright ... But once I reached hotel, they rejected my reservation due to discrimination.. They claimed that Expedia's offer is only for certain nationalities and not anyone can book with it even if Expedia confirmed the reservation ... I got stranded at reception for over 3 hours until I was forced to make a new reservation with much higher rates .. I contacted Expedia support who refunded the money back to me along with the difference I had to pay for ... The hotel is not professional and practices guest discrimination ... Very bad experience, I wouldn't recommended for Expedia travelers so they don't face embarrassing situations there ..
