Staff was very friendly at check in. Room was clean and breakfast was excellent. We impressed with fact that they had snacks out along with juice and coffee 24/7! Definitely recommend

We were in the area for Michigan Tech's preview weekend, as my son will be going there this fall. I was pleased with the hotel's distance from the school. We were within walking distance of shopping and dining while remaining six to eight minutes from the school. While the hotel was slightly outdated, overall, it was clean, which I care about the most. The staff was very friendly, and we enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is that the housekeeping staff must have used furniture oil and didn't entirely wipe it up, and it stained one of my favorite shirts. Mistakes happen, but lessons are learned, and I will always check from now on. If the price is right, I would stay here again.

We do apologize if you felt that we used something on the furniture that stained your shirt however we do not use any type of furniture oil. It is certainly something that I will be sure to mention to the housekeeping department however so that they are making sure to completely wipe off any and all cleaning products used to clean in the rooms. We do hope to see you again in the near future.

Clean and service-oriented
Veröffentlicht am 28.02.2024 auf HotelsThe hotel is very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Illness prevented us from staying for the second night of a 2-night stay, and the staff did not hesitate in refunding the cost of the second night.
