I had no idea the gym was out of order
I specifically booked this hotel bc it had a gym so i could work out on my trip.was not informed ahead of time that the hotel was undergoing major renovations.

The hotel was decent. Didnt realize it was under construction, which really made getting an elevator a chore.
The room was spacious, but the shower left alot to be desired. The water temps were inverted on the nozzle, so the warmer water also had the least amount of pressure.
Also, security sucks. There were alot of young people on thr property, but they were insanely loud in the hallways and walkways on room floors. A call to the lobby didnt really produce any results for that issue.
Understanding there was an event in the atrium that ended at midnight, the expectation is the event stays down there. I paid too much money for a lack of peace and quiet right outside my door because people dont have respect and security wont do their job.
I appreciate the property, but unsure that ill return.

We have been coming to this location for over 19 years. It’s our go to stay for Disney. This will be our last stay at this Hilton. It’s gone downhill. The food service wasn’t great. The staff wasn’t great. Worst of all with the fire alarm going off with unsupervised kids young adults running around the property no security to have a fire alarm get set off and have no direction no communication and the staff that just didn’t seem to care this was not a pleasant stay. We had to travel eight flights of stairs with a bad knee and two dogs and a young adult who had a panic attack , so it was first and last time we will be staying at now friendly Disneyland hotel the bus service was horrible
