Professionalität des gesamten Personals, Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft zeichnen die Angestellten aus, egal in welcher Abteilung. Der Shuttleservice zum Interconti Stammhaus an der Bay fährt bis 24 Uhr und es gibt keine Wartezeiten. Die Funktionalität der Studios ist sehr gut durchdacht; der einzige kleine Makel ist der Zustand mancher Einbauten wie z.B. abgeschlagene Sockelleisten, aber wie gesagt kleiner Makel im Vergleich zur restlichen Perfektion!
