The property is certainly not the most modern however I understand it to be a sold property recently, so it stands to reason. The challenges I faced were the following;
Tap doesn't work at the front desk
Pop machine closest to the elevators on 3rd floor doesn't work
Hockey tournament in town with several young kids running up and down the hallways screaming, shouting, etc...up until 11pm first night and up to 1030 PM the second night until the front desk clerks came up and finally put a stop to it.
I have submitted a complaint to this hotel previously due to a bad experience, and heard nothing. I even sent an email to the GM and again nothing...so I don't expect to hear back on this one either....

I think its a little old and tired looking. Our bed was too soft and the pillows too high.

Nice to have a pub and restaruant in the same building. Really need a makeup/shaving mirror in bathroom. Lighting in bathroom is poor.

Our stay was good. Great proximity to restaurants and shopping. Difficult to turn off Highway 97 to get to the hotel. We parked and then ended up being in a different building that was a bit confusing but we figured it out. Hot tub was not that hot.

The room was unique and spacious. Had plenty of space for our family of 5. Staff was great. Would definitely stay again.
