Dirty Shower curtains, missing sitting chair in the room, room phone non-functional, no pots or pan available in the extended stay room, no surveillance, no complimentary cups, napkins or coffee

Guy at the night window tried to Charge $180 for a room that was listed online for $80. Bad area. Lots of drug dealers and people in and out of the parking lot out of all hours of the night. Lots of noise in the next door rooms.

Know What You’re Getting Into

Pretty sure there was illegal activity going on behind the facility. We booked for two nights and didn’t even stay. We tried to get a refund but this property offers no refunds under any circumstances. I was happier getting out of that property and into a different hotel than getting refund. Please know what you’re getting into before booking or checking into this hotel. When I called to get a refund, the manager hung up on me. When I went to the front desk, the manager was nowhere to be found. Please know what you’re getting into before staying at this “hotel”. The room also had a broken lock, broken toilet, broken drawer. Honestly needs to be demolished at this point.
