Quite disappointing that a so-called waterfront hotel has no view of the river, if you don’t have a riverview room. Unfortunately, we had a room with a parking-lot view which was not worth the price. The rooftop terrace, one of the reasons I booked this hotel, was closed for no obvious reason. If you want to go to the historic district, you have to order an Uber, since the hotel doesn‘t offer a shuttle (like the hotel next door) and public transportation is not available.

Gutes Hotel in direkter Nachbarschaft des Yacht Hafens. Sehr freundliches Persinal. Die Idee zu Fuß in die Stadt zu gehen erweist sich als abenteuerlich. Die Gehwege hat vor uns wohl lange keiner mehr benutzt - wenn Sie denn vorhanden sind. Also Shuttle des Hotels nutzen. Klappt super und diese Stadt ist der wirklicte Stern des Südens.

Einwandfreies Hotel - manchmal zu teuer.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 16 Personen für 1 Tag in diesem Hotel. Super freundliches Personal, sehr guter Service. Frühstück gegen Aufpreis. Die Zimmer mit Blick zum River waren vom Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung, die mit Blick zum Innenhof (Parkplatz) nicht.

The view of the water and boats were awesome. The outdoor fire pit area was relaxing and room was nice and clean.

the shower floor makes noise when you bathe and the restaurant is expensive

We visited from out of state and since the name is ‘downtown’ we expected it to be closer to the main downtown tourist area but the view was incredible! The only negative I felt was the restaurant doesn’t serve lunch. There was severe weather one day and we were stuck in the room and not having lunch options other than overpriced snacks was frustrating. Other than that I highly recommend this hotel.
