In Sachen Umweltschutz ist noch Handlungsbedarf!
Veröffentlicht am 20.08.2019 auf HotelsLeider ist die Dusche nicht befahrbar. Obschon das Zimmer als Behindertengerecht ausgeschrieben ist.
Was uns sehr irritiert hat, ist das Frühstück. Alles aus Plastik oder Pappe.
Keine sichere W-Lan Verbindung möglich im Hotel.

Gut: freundlicher Empfang
Lage: Sonnenuntergang und Mondaufgang am St Lorenz-Strom
von der Schnellstraße super zu erreichen, trotzdem ruhige Lage, 5 Minuten per Auto bis zur Innenstadt am Fluß

Best hotel to stay at. Staff was really friendly and helpful. We came from Cambridge from all night long drive and requested for early check-in and was approved for it and was well attended by Akash at reception on arrival. Amazing stay and best property to spend vacations with family n friends. 5/5

The property is conveniently accessible from Highway 401. Our room's window faced the highway, making it somewhat noisy at night. Additionally, the curtain wasn't installed correctly, so we couldn't completely block out the highway lights. However, the reception staff and the people there were very nice.
We encountered an issue with the TV, but the front desk resolved it quickly. The TV had some strips on the bottom left side, which we reported to the front desk. They assured us it wouldn't affect viewing, so we stayed in the room for the night.
In general, we think it could be better. But we think the experience in general is good.

Neighbours doors make noise when opened and you can hear them flushing toilet and taking shower
