Awesome oceanview, very nice. We visited this hotel during low-season (March/April). Service level is reduced since almost no customers. However, the staff did what they could to offer well crafted drinks and arrange taxi pickup service.
The place itself has come into years of service. A general renovation of several details such as floor tiles, lights, bath ventilation needs to be upgraded.

The Pool was amazing, and the courtyard around the pool was great and spacious. The room was clean and beds comfortable, A/c worked well, love the balcony view of the sea

This was only for younger folks and energetic people NOT FOR ELDERS OR DISABLED people.
No ELEVATOR or ESCALATOR
WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE UPON BOOKING
We really could not enjoy the property since it was difficult to move around
There was no aircon in the main lobby

The front door in room 217 needs a permanent fix they did some work but still keeps opening and doesn't stay closed/locked.
The glass door to the patio kept coming off the tracks.
Nice place otherwise

My room front door needs fixing and the glass door leading to the porch kept coming off the rails in room 217.

The location was close to everything. The view from our 5 star room was simply amazing. The staff was so professional, caring and attentive. The pool and swim up bar was so relaxing. I have gained 5 pounds from eating to gourmet breakfast that was included! So yummylicious. The nearby beach is within a stones throw away, is not crowded and is far better than Store Bay or Pigeon Point. Highly recommend this hotel.
