not a 5 star hotel at all

first of all ,this was not a 5 star hotel ,in the UK it would only be 2 star at the most. over priced at 210 US dollars a night. The room was not ready ,even though we informed them we would arrive early in the morning on Saturday , after booking room to start on Friday .The room was still not ready.
The room itself very basic, no milk for coffee or tea. no safe in room ,which arrived when I requested it ,but could be picked up and moved so worthless. then at night there were terrible smells from the bathroom so we had to be moved to another room. facilities poor and not as advertised. avoid this over priced hotel . To get a taxi from hotel you had to wait at least 10 minutes. On one occasion we had breakfast in bed delivered but when food arrived it was only made for one person not the two of us.
One positive thing was the staff were nice people and friendly but are not given a good hotel to work with but do their best.
so overall -hugely disappointing , severely over priced, and definitely not a 5 star hotel.
Will never stay there again as a result of this experience ,but as my partner lives in Bishkek I will find better ,cheaper hotels to stay at.
