Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep, location was close to the parks, kitchen was great for making breakfast in the morning before getting on our way! „We love this place and have stayed here many times, it's close enough to Disney but far enough from the congestion. The spa and waterfall are a favorite, and this time we used the BBQ and stove more than previous trips. It's not far to the grocery store. A wonderful place to make memories with the family, and the caretaker is very responsive.“

„This was a good place to crash after some long days at Disneyland. It wasn’t much of a hang out place but we didn’t need that. Unfortunately, the beds weren’t very comfortable and squeaked all night long. We didn’t use the pool, too cold. But again, was a great place to just crash because we appreciated the price tag after paying for Disney. “

„We had a great time staying in this home during our recent Disney trip. We had 6 adults, a teen and a toddler and plenty of room. The walk to the park is a bit far (1.8 miles) each way but we had a car to utilize. The walk is doable but adds to all the steps you get running around the parks. Loved the backyard and patio area. „Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away.
