Small and loud

Thank you for completing the online survey regarding your stay.
Unfortunately, this is the room type that was showing on your booking for the 1 night. On the website it states "Small Double Room", we apologise you had missed reading this.
The windows are double glazed, with both windows completely shut this minimises the traffic noise or any noise from outside.
We apologise not stating that it is located on the road side.
We were fully booked out on the day you checked in, to move you, once you had seen the size of the room.
We do hope to provide you with great service and accommodate you in a room that is much bigger and away from the roadside

Fine but could be better

But Wifi did not work on the day we checked in. They fixed it the next day, but then it was useless for us. The rest was fine.

Gute Unterkunft
Veröffentlicht am 20.02.2018Sehr gut im Zentrum von Auckland gelegen, was aber auch immense Verkehrsstaus im Berufsverkehr bedeutet.
Hatte das Hotel nur zur Übernachtung nach dem langen Flug von Deutschland nach Neuseeland gebucht. War alles tip top sauber, geräumiges Zimmer mit großem Bad, Klimaanlage, WLAN, gratis Trinkwasser. Hoteleigene Parkplätze direkt hinterm Haus.
Sehr nette Rezeptionistin. Weiter so!

Lage: Das Hotel befindet sich im Stadtteil Newmarket aber man kann von hier aus sehr gut mit Bus oder Bahn zu den Docks kommen.
Hotel und Ausstattung befinden sich in sehr gutem Zustand.
