Hotel was very close to shopping centre. Parking at the site was excellent.
The room was very dark as lighting was poor and the bed needed to be replaced as it sagged in the middle

We spent one night here and can say it was a great stay. The communication was great, we arrive late at night and the key to the room was very accessible. The room was big, clean and had everything we needed. We had breakfast included with our stay, but I wish we didn't, as it was really not good. I understand continental breakfast is quite frugal, but some of the bread and the croissants were stale and dry, not very pleasant to eat.

Was very disappointed, we booked because this was a Rydges, as this is somewhere we have stayed before and felt would be a great choice. However checked in on the Thursday before Good Friday and checked out Easter Monday and there was no housekeeping. This should have been highlighted on booking not when I arrived. We have never had this over Easter holidays before.
