Durchdachtes Konzept. Sie sind bemüht guten Service zu leisten was ihnen nicht gelingt. Essen ist so ziemlich mager. Einmal gesehen reicht.

Fatales Konzept

Gut: Die Architektur
Nicht so gut: Ein anderes Konzept fahren und das Hotel für den ursprünglichen Zweck nutzen.
Lage: In Belek gibt es außer Golf nicht sehr viel zu erleben.
Das Titanic De Luxe ist zwar ein architektonisch sehr schönes Hotel, es wirkt jedoch trotz des noch jungen Alters schon sehr abgewohnt. Dies liegt daran, dass das 5 Sterne Hotel seit zwei Jahren als Unterbringung für 'Kongress-Teilnehmer' dient, die scheinbar aus den untersten sozialen Schichten des Landes stammen und zudem noch ihre ganze Familie mitbringen. Urlauber, die dieses Hotel und damit ein bisschen Luxus buchen wollen, werden deshalb bitter enttäuscht. Man macht sich fürs Essen schick und sitzt dann neben Großfamilien im Speisesaal, die überhaupt keine Manieren haben. Es ist laut, an den Ausgabestellen bilden sich lange Schlangen. Immer wieder drängeln sich Leute vor, die teilweise das Essen beschnüffeln. Kinder schreien und werfen mit Essen um sich. Das hat mit Luxusurlaub nichts zu tun! Wir und alle anderen Golfer, die im März mit uns dort waren, waren sich einig, dass es wohl das letzte Mal war, dass man dort abgestiegen ist. Positiv ist zu bewerten, dass sich das Personal wirklich Mühe gibt, freundlich zu bleiben und sehr motiviert und gut ist. Auch unsere Zimmerfrau Pelihan war super! Der Titanic Golfplatz ist wunderschön und macht richtig Spaß! Alles in allem aber ein katastrophaler Aufenthalt durch ein fatales Konzept.

Gut: Riesengroße Bereiche für Kinder und Jugendliche (drinnen wie draußen!!)
Traumhaftes Hotel mit geräumigen Zimmern, wunderbarer Strand (mit Hotel-Boot zu erreichen oder zu Fuß), sehr gutes Essen mit Riesenauswahl, super-freundliches Personal und nur 30min vom Flughafen entfernt...

We really enjoyed our stay at Titanic. The staff members are so friendly and kind. Especially the girls from the tiny kids club. Nothing was too much for them. My daughter felt safe en secure with the them. Nice programs, delicious food (especially the a la carte restaurants) and good vibes.
The only thing what bothered me are the ridiciously high prices from the stores at the hotel. They ask insane high rates for the simple things. I really was shocked and don’t approve this even it is the touristic location the prices where sky above and not funny. For me it is unatrracted.
