Service promised is not guaranteed by the hotel

They didn’t answer the phone call even though we called several times after reaching airport. Somehow one local guy called and requested for the pick up but they denied. They also said that they don’t have any booking information as we didn’t book directly to them. However, after reaching hotel by a local taxi they accepted our booking confirmation but they cheated on the room that we booked. They only gave us one corner suit instead of two. They said 2nd corner suit is unavailable. 2nd room wall paintings were moist and plaster were falling down. Breakfast is too crowded.

Gut: the service
Nicht so gut: deposit system
Lage: ok
no internet. deposited dollars and got back ethiopian money that i could not exchange.

Horrible management

The restaurant and the housekeeping service is good,but the conditions and facilities are worse. Internet connection is horrible and frequent power cut off. No hot water in my room and elevator broke. You have to take stairs up to 6th floor. Deposit in US dollars that get refunded in Ethiopian currency, which is a theft. The management staff is horrible

Not worth it

This is the worst hotel.. No wifi, elevator and the staff was not helpful. I had to wait for my shuttle for a hour. The breakfast wasn't available at 6:00 am. My room a story in itself... bathroom light did not work,?bedding was dirty, holes in the wall. Do not waste your money.
