I hate fees
The room was descent enough, except that the toilet didn’t flush properly. Also, I didn’t appreciate the hotel service fee that they slapped on me right at check-in. Otherwise, the room was ok.

Great location, breakfast buffet and comfy beds
This hotel is perfectly located for all things Disney-especially downtown Disney. The drive to Universal took about 7 minutes on I-4. I thought the regular walk in rate was a bit high, but for the Expedia rate it was a good deal. The breakfast buffet was included in our package and was exceptional. Lots of hot items(eggs,bacon,sausage,etc)plus fresh cut fruit, plenty of different breads and cereals-couldn’t have been better. There are also other food outlets in the lobby we did not try. The pool was nothing to speak of. We all thought the beds were very comfortable. All in all, we thought the hotel was nice and would stay again if the same rate was available.

Local that would come back
Clean hotel in a great location. The hotel is only a few blocks from Downtown Disney. We live in Tampa FL and frequent the Orlando area often and have a chance to stay at many different hotels. We know there areas that are most convienent to the Disney area and this is one of them. You don’t have to pay for higher prices just to say you stayed at Disney when your just as close to the parks than many of the higher priced hotels on property. You won’t be disapointed with this Hotel!
