„this is the first time for my husband and I in Saint Martin so we felt a little nervous about picking a neighborhood just off of house photos alone. This property did not disappoint. „Das Guesthouse ist ideal für ältere Leute, die sich entspannen wollen. Man fühlt sich willkommen und wie zu Hause. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wunderbar. Alles ist sauber und traditionell eingerichtet. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Gleich nebenan ist der Flugplatz, ideal für Fliegerfans, manchmal sehr laut. Es hat keinen Pool, kein TV, aber sehr gute Internetverbindung. Wir werden wieder kommen.“

„I can see why some people would love this property. The suites are spacious and have everything that you need for an extended stay. Unfortunately, our stay was marred by a significant ant intrusion and poor internet (none one evening). That being said, there is a good grocery store a short walk away, in suite laundry and twice weekly housekeeping. Hopefully, that issues we ran into will be resolved and this will be the wonderful property it can be.“

„Absolut traumhaft! direkt am wundervollen Strand der Simpson Bay! Auch das Hotel-Restaurant kann man nur empfehlen. Davon abgesehen ein Paradies für Planespotter mit Dachterrassen direkt neben der Startbahn. Fluglärm ist nur bedingt ein Thema, da Nacht praktisch keine Flüge stattfinden. Ein Auto ist aber empfehlenswert, Parkplätze gibt es genug.“
