„We didn't have a bathroom at our room and we had to share it with 6-8 rooms with people! The most horrible thing was for me that they didn't renovate the bathroom since 1936. the begin of the 20th century. The room was also very small and we didn't use the kitchen because it wasn't comformtable. “

„There was an electricity cut for two hours. The management decided to send the whole kitchen staff home, although at 6pm power came back. That left us with no warm meal in the evening in the middle of nowhere. Worst thing : not even the kitchen manager stayed to give an explanation. We got a compensation but that is not the way you manage things in a 5 start establishment. On the other side, in the brochures it was said there would be a cold buffet for breakfast. I misplaced my pajamas during my stay, and although they couldn’t be recovered, the team went above and beyond in their efforts to assist me.
