„Pat & Neil's cottage was extremely comfortable and well-appointed with high-quality facilities. The setting was peaceful and private and the outlook over the hills and farmland very scenic. I particularly liked being able to sit on the deck for meals or a drink, and the welcome touches of scones, fruit, chocolate and butter were very muc appreciated. Comfortable bed, modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Highly impressive and hope to visit again.“

„Das Next Hotel Melbourne hat mich überzeugt. Das Zimmer war erstklassig – modern, sauber und durchdacht eingerichtet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Auch der Service war stark: aufmerksam, schnell und ohne unnötiges Getue. Insgesamt ein Aufenthalt, der genau das liefert, was man erwartet – und ein Stück mehr.“

„Normaly I am not the person that rates bad, but this is an exception. The pictures are totaly not representing the current situation of the hotel. It is completely dirty and old. Nothing is in good repair.
The only good thing is the nice Desk Clerk who gave us another room, which is not that much full of dirt and at least bearable.
Highly not recommended
It is a hotel chain, so they should be capable to keep a good and clean condition of the rooms.“

„Das Hotel befindet sich am Rande des Melbourner Stadtzentrums CBD. Zur kostenlosen City-Tram läuft man 3 Minuten, zum Federation Square und Yarra River 10 Minuten und zu den wichtigsten Einkaufszentren 5 Minuten, Queen Victoria Markets 10 Minuten.
Wir erhielten trotz Buchung eines 1-Bedroom-Apartments ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern in der 18. Etage - unglaublich. Das Zimmer war riesig, tolles Bad und Gäste-WC, super ausgestattete Küche. Netter Zimmerservice, super Reception, toller Pool. ...
