“Fine place to stay if you plan to be away from the hotel most of the time”

Pretty small rooms, wouldn't recommend if you have kids. Clean but a little outdated. LOVED the continental breakfast. That was definitely a perk.

“Good value for the money”

Positives Clean and comfortable room, comfortable bed, nice flat screen tv, roomy bathroom, good location to access downtown St. Cloud except Mapquest messed it up. Negative No one was there to check me in and I had to wait a bit, the hallways are very narrow, all parking is to the side of hotel and partially concealed with large greenery that seemed a great place for someone to hide and not super well lit. I am a lady traveling alone, and I was a little afraid of going to and from my car. Also shower water was pretty hard and had just okay pressure. I intend to stay again and would recommend this hotel to others, despite the negatives I listed. It was actually one of the best hotel beds I've ever slept in, not too hard and not lumpy or too soft.

“You'll Get What You Paid For”

My wife and I went to St. Cloud for a wedding and wanted to save a few dollars by staying at a different hotel than the wedding party. I wish we had spent the extra money by staying at a different one. The hotel wasn't dirty or anything, but the bed was super uncomfortable along with incredibly thin pillows. The air conditioner also didn't work. Breakfast was stale bagels with decent waffles. We wouldn't stay there again.

“Worth my Money for a 4 Day Weekend Stay.”

I'll start this review and say it has been several years since I've stayed in a hotel. Also for me I keep it pretty simple a bed, bathroom, and breakfast when it comes to hotels. I don't have kids or a laptop so I don't ask for much. Room was very clean, towels were fresh, bathroom was nice. Newer flatscreens on the walls were a nice touch. Also the continental breakfast was very excellent. Most places have a half a box of donuts and coffee. They had cereal, make your own waffles, bagels, assorted pasteries, juice and of course coffee. Coffee makers, a fridge, and a safe were in my room as well. Yes the hotel was a little older but not really dated on the inside. Only complaints I had was the phone in my room didn't work and the smell of smoke near the back door. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Good Value.

“I Can't Say Enough About the Staff”

The location was extremely convenient for our trip. We were pleased with the breakfast, our room, etc. I could go on and on about the staff. They were extremely helpful in providing for our needs- going above and beyond to make it a special stay.

I loved the outside, it was beautiful. It was a small and cozy setting inside also. It wasn't noisy. Good staff. I would recommend this hotel.

“Great service, comfortable beds!”

We stayed here the morning before running a marathon, and received excellent service from the front desk staff, who prepared and set out breakfast and coffee early for us as we had to leave by 5:30am. The room was very comfortable, with great mattresses, clean and pleasant. We stayed on the second floor, which had a fireplace gathering area with a lodge feel. All in all, an excellent choice. Very easy access from Interstate 94. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Breakfast was everything from bacon, waffles, fruits, rolls, you name it! Yummy! Winter trip but the heat was very sufficient.
