However, the description is misleading since it doesn't mention the property being a mobile home. We realized the next day that mobile homes are the norm in the area, however, we arrived at night and did not expect the villa to be a mobile home.“

„The Villa was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Walking distance to pool and a short shuttle to the beach/beach pool. The bedrooms and baths accommodated our family and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee or a night cap! Property owners were quick to respond and quickly took care of a fridge filter (within 20 min of a text!)“

„Few things we weren't fond of...some cleanliness issues. House was beautiful but a couple tables had food on them or crumbs as well as on the floor, master & bunk room had weird pieces of something and a few hairs on the sheets, some rooms had really uncomfortable bedding. Zero AC in the hangout room in the basement; slats shown in pics are open to outside so if it's too hot forget hanging out down there. „WE have lodged in the same location for 30 years in Daytona Beach Shores. Hurricane destroyed that location and so we decided to try the Gulf. My son found the property on Perdido Key. The property was so nice, well furnished, easy access to beach, pools, and local stores and restaurants. „I stayed here for a girls trip. It is about 2 blocks from the ocean. The pool in the back is nice. It is a quiet area with a short drive to nearby shops and restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to messages. I do wish they supplied more toilet paper and towels. The loft is a little scary to climb into. Lots of stairs in and out of the home so be prepared if you have trouble climbing steps. Overall a fun stay.“

The location and the house are absolutely magical, you have a small shallow water private beach, a very long dock, you can have a private dinner, a nice cigar, or a glass of champagne while enjoying a stunning sunrise or sunset.
