„My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!“

We also loved the Windsor Island Community area. The kids had a blast on the slides and lazy river, Putt Putt Golf, and the game room. „We had a great week on Manasota Key!! Accommodations were great!! We had everything we needed at this place. Spent all our time outdoors enjoying the beach and the water. Only wished we could have enjoyed seeing the beach while we drank our coffee on the porch. Everything else was great and would highly recommend this property.“

„ We had the villa for two weeks in october. It is close to Highway 27 and well located to the attractions. The neighborhood and surroundings were quiet. The villa is very spacious and has all kinds of utensils in the kitchen. We really enjoyed the time in the villa. As others have written: The towels and the pool cover should be renewed. But the bottom line: a very nice accommodation. Lovely again.“
