„Kanishka, the night duty manager was great in assisting us with a smooth checkout. He even assisted when the room device were slow and introduced us to Dinku in the travel desk to take us to kamakhya temple as we didn’t know much coming from London. Dinku made sure of taking care of us during our journey to kamakhya and airport while going back to London. Absolutely brilliant set of people who made us love the experience. We’ll come back again and refer our friends too!“

„No one knew we were coming. They did not know what Orbitz is. Gave us the wrong rooms and blamed it on "The foreign website" we used to book - after hours of arguing with the uneducated yet extremely mouthy general manager, they finally gave us the rooms we booked. This ruined day 1 of our 2 day trip to sree mongol. They accused Orbitz of charging us double the price and actually selling us a way worse room. „Excellent spacious rooms and clean washrooms. Staff service is inefficient. Booked buffet breakfast but no buffet was set up as there were few people in the hotel. No juice , no fruits for breakfast provided. What's the point of booking breakfast then? There were mosquitoes in the room but the whole hotel couldn't produce a good night machine. They only had a liquidator refill without the machine. Excellent property but totally disorganised“

„We family of four stayed for 3 days and it was really much enjoying experience as rooms were neat clean and spacious. Service was excellent. Morning breakfast was having adequate varities . „This “retreat” is at present a construction zone. To their credit, they moved me after one night to a room that did not look out on scaffolding (with workers perched outside my room) and that I didn’t have to walk through sand and cement operations to get to. But I would check to make sure that construction is done before staying here, there is no garden and a lot of noise. Once the construction is done it will be quite nice, the rooms are good and the food is excellent.“
