The windows are so dirty that you can hardly see anything outside. The rooms are cleaned with some smelly chemicals/Grand Suite room/. You can also book room 915 or 916 directly at the hotel /The Royal Suites/. These rooms are equipped with a small kitchenette, NO plates, pots, cutlery, just nothing. „Kanishka, the night duty manager was great in assisting us with a smooth checkout. He even assisted when the room device were slow and introduced us to Dinku in the travel desk to take us to kamakhya temple as we didn’t know much coming from London. Dinku made sure of taking care of us during our journey to kamakhya and airport while going back to London. Absolutely brilliant set of people who made us love the experience. We’ll come back again and refer our friends too!“

They arranged for us separate space in another room since hall was full. Dinner buffet option available wirh good menu at reasonable cost. Overall nice experience and surely will visit again. “
