Located in the calm countryside of Newcastle, it was most suitable for our daily sightseeing trips and provided a wonderful home afterwards. Spacious rooms with a kitchen that provided everything may think off. The kids very much loved the livestock on the property. Everything was so well looked after. Looking forward to coming back soon!“

„We try and come to Otterburn once a year as we love the area. The cabin was very clean and well stocked with tableware amd cutlery. The veds were comfy abd the hot tub was amazing. The only thing that frustrated us was the induction hob, we have never used one before so took a lot of getting used to despite reading the instructions several times.will definitely be returning and will have hopefully mastered the use of an induction hob by then!“

„We really wanted to stay at the cottage There is a glitch in the booking process with Vrbo.. The money was not taken from my account and the link site contacted us saying we had not paid.There was no way to do so on the Verb site and we could not get through to the link site despite spending 2 hours on the phone. We had to cancel. EXACTLY the same thing happened when we tried to rebook. On the Monday we finally got trough to the link site but the whole thing wasted hours of time and caused lots ...

„I really enjoyed my 2 week stay at coalminers cottage. I felt the cottage was extremely clean and cosy, which was important for me as i grieve my Mam. I looked forward to returning from a busy day, to such a warm, comfortable space. Communication with Dylan was spot on. I will be back!!!“
