„The hotel is located in a beautiful setting. The suite was very neat and comfortable, staff was friendly as well. I loved the fireplace which was so easy to handle! On the contrary I was unlucky to be located next to a private tenant who started construction works at 8.30 am, making it impossible to linger any longer in the suite. However, my complaints were immediately addressed by the management and they made sure that the works did not bother me again on the next morning. That was remarkable ...

„It the beginning of the season so there are bound to be some hiccups but the host was super responsive and handled everything quickly. House is a bit smaller than appear in pictures. Says it sleeps 12 but that really is a stretch. We had 6 and that was fairly packed. We had a day where we lost water. The hot tub needed treatment so was down for a couple days. Only 2 small pans. Need a large pan Master bedroom curtains don’t cover the whole window so get ready for some bright ...

„We traveled from Michigan to New Hampshire to visit my friends daughter who recently moved there. This house was perfect for our home base. The home is beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfection! We traveled to Maine for a day at the ocean and were happy to return to such an enjoyable home. A few dinners and Sorry games later and it was back to Michigan. This home is as advertised....maybe even a little better!“

„The cottage was cute and had what we needed. The listing could indicate that it has a pod only coffee maker as we were not prepared with pods. Could have been cleaner as well. Carpet not vacuumed, several dishes not clean etc“

„Staying at the Reuben Diamond house was a perfect choice for our trip to New Hampshire. The house perfectly captured the essence of New England and all it had to offer. The combination of it’s historic charm and modern comfort is tough to achieve, but our host did it perfectly! Beds were very comfortable, place was absolutely spotless, and the grounds made for a beautiful, quiet getaway. 5 stars all around.“

„We (4 adults and 3 children) stayed very comfortably for 3 nights in the Saco River home. The instructions and guide to the property from the host were very clear and there was plenty of space for all of us. The location was great for Conway amenities and groceries and less than a 30min drive to Attitash for skiing. We loved the hot-tub and pool table as well as the river front. It made for a special New Year's Eve and would certainly stay there again.“
