„Auf unserem Trip durch den Nordosten der USA das teuerste und im Vergleich schlechteste Hotel. Es ist bereits stark in die Jahre gekommen. Das Verhalten des Personals und die Abläufe im Hotel sind ungewöhnlich. Das Frühstück war im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Man bekommt trotzdem eine Rechnung über $0,00 mit dem dringenden Hinweis noch Trinkgeld zu bezahlen. Dafür sollten wir beim Frühstück vor dem Restaurant warten, bis unsere Kinder auch da sind, damit wir den Frühstückstisch nicht zu lange ...

„Wir haben sehr kurzfristig gebucht und waren angenehm überrascht. Nicht weit neben dem Hauptkomplex des alt ehrwürdigen Hotels mit einer ausserordentlichen Sicht auf den Mt. Washington liegt etwas weiter unten das Arms Inn. Das Essen war hervorragend und auch das Morgenessen hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Zu Fuss ist das Haupthotel problemlos erreichbar und lädt zu einem Sundowner auf der Terrasse ein. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, dass es im Arms Inn immer etwas ruhiger und gemütlicher ...

„Spent two nights here. Close to everything. Only complaint is there could have been a little more counter space in the bathroom and kitchen but not a deal breaker. Very quiet. Would definitely stay there again.“

„I had an adjoining room that I was not aware of. I would have preferred to know this in advance. We were able to hear other guests in that adjoining room which made things noisy. Also had a room with a squeaky loud mattress. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.“

„Wife and I had a weekend stay at one of the suites with the jacuzzi. Room was clean, and the amenities were good, though there were some minor signs of wear and tear like failing tile grout. Nothing that impacted the enjoyment of our stay. Staff was friendly but not overbearing. Would have liked to stay longer and better experience the area.“

„Disappointed that the outside pool was closed due to renovations and also the indoor pool was closed. Absolutely no extras, we stayed 2 nights, coffee for only 1 pot was provided. No dish washing detergent ( it did provide dishwasher tabs). No napkins, no extra paper towels or trash bags, no wraps or baggies, etc. No cushions for chairs on porch.“
