Super schönes, sehr stylisches neues Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass sich die Fenster nicht öffnen lassen (nur Klimaanlage) und sich die Temperatur im Bad nicht separat einstellen lässt. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr zentral gelegen, alles top erreichbar. Wenn wir wieder einmal in London sind werden wir das Hotel wieder buchen!

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und super schön. Man wird hier jeden Tag mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Egal ob in dem Restaurant oder an der Rezeption, alle sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist wunderschön eingerichtet und die Zimmergröße ist total ausreichend. An den Umstand das man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann und das es sich um Milchglasfenster handelt, hat man sich schnell gewöhnt. Wenn man das vermeiden möchte, sollte man ein Zimmer der hohen Preiskategorie wählen. Uns haben diese Art von Fenster nicht gestört. Auch der Zimmerservice hat jeden Tag einen ausgezeichneten Job gemacht, vielen Dank!

Great location and good service. It is a bit irritating to have no real window and also to have many tables in an already cramped space. Breakfast was good, although better on our last day of the stay when the manager was present for some kind of inspection or advertisement tour. Great coffee and friendly service.I very much appreciated how quiet the room was despite its central location.

The first room we were given had a window but it was frosted over and did not open so it felt very claustrophobic. They were kind enough to move us to a room with a real window and it was much better although the rooms are very small for two people and only have one chair.

Nice hotel but nothing special
Stayed for convenience for the theatre. Lacked information. No one told us how to use the lift nor was there any instructions so had to lug 4 cases up the stairs!! Apparently had to use room card! Same with air conditioning in the room, no instructions. Up graded our room ( our expense) still very small and not much space to back everything. Bar was great but shut down at too early. Overall ok but preferred other hotels I’d stayed at locally for same price.

Great stay, good value.
It wa the first time I’ve stayed at this hotel and I was extremely pleased. The room was small, but since it was just me that wasn’t an issue. The best thing is that it was very, very quiet. I never heard another person or any outside noise. (My room did not have a window to the outside). Service was great, restaurant and bar were very nice as was the attached coffee shop. Location was great for business, but also sightseeing (St Paul’s, Old Bailey). Even easy to get to Heathrow from there. Price on hotels.com was significantly better than through Hilton which made it quite affordable.

The room I booked was supposed to be a deluxe Queen City view room yet it was extremely small. The pictures shown when booking were very misleading, shown with a different layout compared to my actual room. My room was so small that the TV was to the left of the bed, not across, as depicted in the photographs when booking. My neck would hurt after watching TV for 15 minutes. The TV included minimal channels in English and had no streaming services whatsoever. Additionally, the first night I stayed here there was no hot water in the entire hotel and my shower was leaking onto the bathroom floor, I received no compensation whatsoever for this significant issue with my room. The shower leak was fixed randomly with no communication at all and no apologies or compensation for the inconvenience during my stay here. The attached restaurant served me an expensive, inedible chicken sandwich which they should be ashamed of having on the menu. Overall, this hotel is seriously lacking for the price I paid. I would not stay here again as it is an extremely poor value.

Great stay! I would book here again at our next stay in London. We had a suite, everything was perfect in the room, the breakfast was more than enough and last but not least, the staff was always happy and helpfull!
