Die Nähe zum Nahverkehr ist sehr gut. Hyde Park ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Einrichtung und vorallem das Badezimmer enttäuschend. Dusche sehr klein und dreckig, Fugen schimmelig, generell schlechter Zustand des Bads.

Guten Tag! Ich habe rein gar nichts gegen den Flug gehabt, da ging alles Prima. Das Hotel jedoch überhaupt bei Expedia anzugeben ist eine Katastrophe! Folgende Punkte waren echt nicht okay: 1. Die Dusche - Man konnte diese nicht schließen, wodurch das Wasser aus der Dusche floss, wenn man nicht genau aufpasste. Noch dazu kann das Wasser nicht abrinnen, da der Abfluss zu hoch gesetzt ist. An der Tür gibt es Richtlinien, dass wenn man die Dusche überfluten sollte, dafür zahlen muss. Sowas sollte garnicht möglich sein!!! 2. Die Türe - Bei der Eingangstür ins Hotelzimmer ging bei uns zuerst der Alarm nicht an. (Wir wussten nichteinmal, dass es den gibt, hätten wir ihn bei den Nachbarn nicht gehört). Außerdem konnte man sie nicht komplett verschließen! Die Tür zum Bad, und der Boden davor waren vollkommen aufgeweigt und man hatte einfach einen Teppich drüber gelegt. 3. Küche - Küche schön und gut, doch gab es keine Utensilien zum kochen und auch das Besteck war mangelhaft. Beim Essplatz gab es bloß einen Stuhl. 4. Bett - das Bett war groß genug, wenn man es eng mag. Man musste sich zu zweit mit EINER Decke zudecken. Das ist alles anderes als entspannend. 5. Wasser - Der Duschkopf dreht sich vom Schlauch runter, das Wasser hört mitten drin auf, oder es kommt garnicht erst aus der Leitung. Ebenso hörte das Waschbecken einfach auf zu rinnen und war verstopft. 6. Keine Zimmerreinigung trotz bitte. 7. Keine Hilfe beim Tragen des Gepäcks und sehr unfreundliches Personal.

Good location but the hotel was average at best. Heating was not working :-( Room and bed was too small for a couple. Wifi was not working. Was ok for a one-time stay but will not come back.

Tiefer Preis, aber auch tiefe Leistung!
Einchecken und Auschecken schnell und unkompliziert Leider kein Lift und keine Hilfe mit dem Gepäck Nach unserer Rückkehr ins Hotel am 1. Abend war unser Bett mit Wasser überflutet! Das Wasser hat aus der Decke getropft und während Stunden alles durchnässt. Schlecht war, dass wir über 2 Stunden auf eine Lösung warten mussten. Die Angestellte an der Reception hatte keine Ahnung (war erst ihr 2. Tag) und der Manager war telefonisch NICHT erreichbar (sehr schlecht!). So mussten wir auf die Ablösung warten und wussten in dieser Wartezeit nicht, was kommen wird. Sind sogar in ein Nachbarhotel gegangen, um uns dort im Zweifelsfall ein Zimmer zu sichern.. denn dieses Zimmer war so wirklich unzumutbar! Gott sei Dank haben wir dann doch noch ein Ersatzzimmer erhalten.. Die Sauberkeit lässt schon zu Wünschen übrig.. Auch das Inventar an Möbel oder auch z.B. der Wasserhahn wusste man nicht, wie lange es wirklich noch hält.. Niedriger Preis, aber auch entsprechend geringe Leistung. Für ein anderes Mal steht klar: lieber etwas mehr ausgeben, dafür keine Absteige!

Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage - direkt neben dem Hyde Park & nur 2 Minuten zur nächsten Tube Station! Personal war sehr höflich! Zimmer selbst war in Ordnung - das Bett war zwar unbequem - aber für ein paar Tage OK! Badezimmer war ... naja... es fehlte einfach eine Grundreinigung nach dem letzten Gast! (bzw. war die Duschtüre kaputt) Aber für die Lage ist der Preis vollkommen OK!

Overpowering Sewage smell in bedroom
We were on the top floor of the hotel. On entering the room there was a very strong damp smell in the bedroom. This we probably could have put up with but then we kept getting strong wafts of sewage. It was so strong at times it woke us up. My husband and so. Have asthma and it made us really concerned that we shouldn’t be breathing in such strong fumes. We tried to open windows but they were broken, also a security issue there. We complained and the lady on the desk said they were working on the roof above our room and maybe they had dislodged a sewage pipe. We had to leave after 1 night although we were booked for 3. The hotel refused to give us a refund. Please see photos for other issues regarding the room. I really would not recommend staying there for health and safety reasons. No fire blanket, broken window latch, no visible working fire alarm.

O hotel é pequeno, mas o quarto é bem eficaz para um turista. Tem uma mini cozinha para ajudar quem não quer ficar só comendo em restaurante. O único problema é que não existe atendimento 24 horas. Você precisa chegar até 19h ou perde a reserva.

Basic and a little jaded but clean and friendly
Very basic a cramped apartment but bedding/towels were lovely and clean and nice quality. Reception staff were also very friendly and obliging, they were happy to help by providing an extra duvet for us etc. Great location and fine for the price. We would stay there again.

Localização fantástica para quem chega de heathrow via estação de Paddington que está à 500 metros. O hotel também está à 150 metros do lindíssimo Hyde Park. Transporte seja por metrô ou ônibus é perfeito. Boa comunicação dos atendentes do hotel. Quarto com frigobar e microondas sempre ajuda.

Receptionist very friendly and perfect location . Room is big and coozy enough to stay comfortable, but could have just to clean it up a bit better. There were dark hair in the bedshit and dust on the sofa al thought they had some construction going on so perhaps it came from there. After all recommended.

Great locatio. No COVID protocol except sanitizer by reception. Only 1 reception staff nice and helpful (in hijab). Property not cleaned regularly told too expensive now. Rubbish not collected left in corridor for days after initially disposing of myself....paid for this. Room and fixtures dusty. Poor room cleaning when done - complained. Needs management attention. No night reception but called hotelso in case of problem on your own

In case of emergency, the manager with Met police, ambulance and even SWAT team if necessary may arrive at location in less then 5 minutes. ランカスターゲート駅の近くで、ロケーションは便利だった。ただ、外観よりも部屋は古く、テーブルもなく、備品もイマイチ。( コンロはなく、料理はできなかった。) でも、プライスはロンドンにしては安く、私の「1階に」のリクエストも聞いてくれ、フロントの女性(マリーナ?)も親切だった。2日の出張なので、トータルにみると納得できると思う。

Ulækkert og støjende “hotel”
Vi fik en kælderlejlighed, og jeg har aldrig oplevet noget lignende - der var mug og svamp på badeværelset + vi fandt små dyr i badekaret og vandskader op og ned af væggen. Det var ikke rengjort og decideret klamt. Om natten var der en milliard lyde både fra vejen udenfor og fra et aflåst skab og trampen ovenfra - umuligt at få noget der ligner søvn på hotellet. Jeg kan langt fra anbefale dette hotel, vi var nødsaget til at betale for et nyt hotel - for vi skulle ikke tilbringe et minut længere i den lejlighed.

The staff Alan was helpful in taking the luggage as there was no lift. He also very promptly sorted TV arial which had been broken. The room was descent size and comfortable ehough. Værelset var meget småt, det lugtede af kloak og der var næsten intet tryk på brugseren og det hele var generelt meget slidt. God placering men det var vidst også det :-)

Dear guest, thank you for sparing some of your valuable time in order to share this review. *Allows us please to clarify the fact that the booking channel is providing us a virtual card in order to take the payment and this is for your own security as your bank card details will not be shared with the hotel unless you choose so, this being the reason why you did not recognise the card details from the receipt given. *Your conclusion that the room is assigned on a 'first come, first served' basis is not in accordance with the reality as the room is assigned by our booking system from the moment when the reservation is received. *If our guest have any difficulty reaching higher floor rooms we may provide a lower floor room upon request, this may be subject to availability. Buon punto di partenza per scoprire Londra
Il primo impatto non è stato da wow l'esterno normale abbastanza decoroso . Avevo richiesto tramite il servizio di hotel.com un'appartamento possibilmente massimo al 2°piano ed invece ci hanno dato un'appartamento al 4° piano con le ultime due rampe di scale ripidissime. Apriamo la porta è sentiamo una puzza di fogna paurosa l'indomani mattina lo facciamo presente ed immediatamente ci cambiano appartamento al 3°piano più spazioso senza cattivi odori devo dire abbastanza comodo per noi tre. Le ragazze della reception sono state gentilissime disponibili, pecca un po la pulizia delle stanze, ma hanno cambiato e rifornito di asciugamani ogni giorno l'appartamento altrettanto per quanto riguarda l'occorrente come the,caffe ,latte e zucchero peccato che il ns appartamento non avesse anche i fornelli ma era attrezzato di frigo,bollitore,tostapane e forno a micronde. Insomma se volete soggiornare VI CONSIGLIO DI NON FARVI ASSEGNARE GLI APPARTAMENTI 4 E 18 C'è SEMPRE PUZZA DI FOGNA.Zona servita da bus e metro puoi raggiungere il centro facilmente.

Ottima struttura sia per posizione che per pulizia, il monolocale era gradevole ma la cucina completamente senza utensili, in realtà a noi non servivano, probabilmente chiedendo sarebbe stata rifornita, non so. Alloggiando al quarto e ultimo piano mansardato la doccia era piccola e bassa...consiglio di chiedere un piano più basso se siete alti! Io ci tornerei volentieri ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Location was brilliant, proximity to underground station wonderful, clise to heart of London, next to part. Everything was good, except the shower which was old and mouldy. Would stay again definitely. Thank you.

We were stuck in a basement room. The bathroom was covered in mold and mildew, the ceiling was so low in the bathroom that you couldn’t stand up to shower, the bathroom mirror was broken in half and the couch ripped at the seam, the wall sockets in the living room didn’t work. Every time we complained to reception they said they would mention it to the owner who was out of town.

Barely just an "apartment"
Location was great, couple of minutes walk from tube station. Condition of apartnent was just okay. The only difference from being a normal hotel room was the fact it had a microwave and a very very small sink. The cutlery provided was dirty when we arrived and we had to use the bath towels to dry the dishes as no tea towels were provided. No iron or ironing board provided. Water temperature for the kitchen sink and shower only managed to get as hot as Luke warm twice during the week stay. The rest of the time we had to have cold showers. Wouldn't come back in a hurry.

Det er en kælderlejlighed !! Det var der ikke oplyst om. Langt under minimum standard. Råd under vasken på badeværelse. Svamp på fliser og vægge i badeværelse. Dårlig belysning. Utætte vinduer. Rullegardin faldet ned og kunne ikke bruges. Intet lys over køkkenbord og komfur. Alt for lidt service. Møbler der var ved at falde fra hinandenden. En rigtig dårlig oplevelse - desværre.
