„We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea.“

It was just ideal for us, very cosy, well equipped and beautifully designed. The house is perfectly located to get to Brighton laines and other attractions and the beach is just 2 minutes away. But also Hove area is great for a walk with plenty cafes, bars and shops and it's architctural treasures around Brunswick Place. Sarah is the best host you can ...

„Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours. If you’re a heavy sleeper, you’ll be fine, but light sleepers or couples that aren’t there for heavier ...
