„Nice unit, but a bit difficult without a washer and dryer in the unit and one can easily be put in in the closet of the main bedroom. We asked for more towels and were told they would be coming, but none were delivered. The kitchen was nicely equipped with what we needed and we liked the pool, outdoor patio, and proximity to the pier. Thank you for a lovely stay.“

„Property was great. Clean, and great location. Only issues were missing bedding, no laundry soap, and wi-fi was out. All issues resolved quickly, so 5 star from us. Things happen, so the effort to fix them sells us. They were great. FYI, the listing didn't clearly state you rent the upstairs. Lower level was rented to another family so you share the pool, etc. Not a huge deal.“

Sie versucht auf sämtliche Belange Ihrer Mieter einzugehen um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wenn es mehr als 5Sterne geben würde.... wir würden sie geben! ...

„Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe. Die Schlüssel wurden hinterlegt, da wir an einem Feiertag kamen, alles problemlos. Es gab einige Handtücher zu wenig. Als wir das am Folgetag ansprachen, wurden diese gebracht. Irritiert hat mich, dass die Gäste gebeten wurden vor der Abreise einen Teil der Handtücher selbst zu waschen (Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden, Pulver nicht), sodass man darauf angewiesen ist, dass die Vorgänger die Handtücher heiß genug waschen.“

The owner must have access to the air conditioner temperature. We could not lower the temp below 73 degrees so sleeping was very sweaty and uncomfortable. This morning when we got up to leave, the temperature was set to 78 degrees. The temperature was very uncomfortable. There are no wash clothes in the home, so bring your own. There also ...

„Vbro - We love AMI and we really loved the location of 215 Fir ave. The house was just a few streets away from Pine Ave, the Ami community center and 3 houses from the beautiful gulf side beach up toward Bean Point. The backyard was very private with beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed the heated pool and it looked so nice at night too when it was lit up- the tiki guy was cool! The house had everything we needed, although it could use some updates and we would suggest fewer carpets- the tile/ ...

„This property checked off the boxes for a wonderful generational trip for the girls. It was clean, beach access was so private, and the deck furniture worked well for our needs. Baby gate was helpful. All equipment was working and the air conditioning unit was very good and kept us cool on the warmer days. Location was great! The pier was a close walk and instacart delivers to the address so no leaving for groceries!“

„The place roomy, clean, well stocked. Perfect for our week at the beach. I do wish the screened porch was fully screened. There is a spiral staircase that goes to the pool from the screened porch and it allows mosquitoes to enter the area.“
