We got the impression that the allication of the tables at breakfast depends which rate you payed. We stayed two nights. In the first night we got a small room at first floor without any view. There was a wall built in front of the window…. but the real issue was that this room was located above the dinning room where weddings and party were held. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous.
