Hallo KarinVielen Dank für deine Rückmeldung und das wir dich bei uns im Locke am Platz begrüssen durften.Unser Team besteht aus einem tollen Mix aus Kollegen mit verschiedenen Hintergründen und Nationalitäten.Fast so bunt und international wie die Gäste die wir bei uns im Hotel begrüssen dürfen. Unser Team spricht über 10 Sprachen und manche unserer Kollegen machen aktuell erst einen Deutschkurs. Tut uns leid, wenn das deinen Aufenthalt so stark beinträchtigt hat, es ist zu 99% immer ein (schweizer)deutscher Muttersprachler im Haus und wir freuen uns einzuspringen wenn es mit Englisch mal nicht klappt.Wir hoffen sehr, hat dir unser Hotel aber sonst gefallen und hattest du einen guten Aufenthalt?Wir würden uns freuen dich bald (auf deutsch) wieder bei uns zu begrüssen.Bis dahin, viele Grüsse und einen guten Rutsch ins 2024.Patrick MattickGeneral ManagerLocke am Platz

Hello FionaThanks for your staying with us and for sharing your review!So good to read what a great impression our staff left with you!We always try to accomodate early arrivals as good as possible, but with being a popular hotel and (luckily!) well booked, it's hard for our housekeeping to get all rooms ready in time. While consider a small fee of CHF 12 for an earlier check-in a fair price for us to prioritise the cleaning.
