„The hotel lobby is beautiful as usual. The rooms are just okay. The bathrooms can be better for sure and the door to the bathroom needs renovation same with bathtub and faucets etc. The hallways are in need of renovation same with elevators. There is a weird smell in elevators and hallway. There is definitely space for doing renovations in this hotel. The AC in public areas and elevators is weak. The electricity kept going on and off. “

„Great beach week rental. Spotlessly clean, spacious, everything you need for a family on vacation including beach supplies. Ground level makes it very convenient and it's very close to one of the pools. Great location on the island. And Eddie is fantastic - great host who provided tons of useful information including, helpfully, places to eat on arrival and on the way back to the airport. Would stay there again.“

Great location, clean & very helpful service!
"We just had one night booked, but we showed up 2 days later than planned due to some issues with the flights. We reached out to the hotel (when it was already too late to change the reservation) and with the help from Valeria from Marriot Reservations/Front desk and the chat on Hotels.com, we managed to move our reservation by 2 days without the additional cost. This helped a lot, since it was Christmas time and we were already under a lot of stress stuck in Spain. :) When we finally arrived, we could expeirence a super nice, clean, modern hotel, with comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom, great pool area and a very nice bar. There we got to eat really well and got some amazing recommendations for local beers & drinks, which we followed till the end of our entire stay in Puerto Rico."
