„The Grand Hotel has something to do with history. Located in an area of Colaba, where on Saturdays and Sundays the kids are playing cricket and families are sleeping on the ground, it seems to be a lighthouse. All humans who are working in the Grand Hotel are truly kind, very helpfull and convinced that they are working together for us as their guests. Not everything is perfect - but being accommodated in such an environment - it was a pleasure to stay there. Long lives The Grand Hotel!“

„I liked the hotel's rates and it's location which is just minutes away from the domestic terminal of Mumbai Airport. The front desk staff was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy. Operations Manager Richard Serrao was super friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. The buffet breakfast was good. Overall the T24 Retro Hotel gives good value for the money.“

„Zimmer war zwar groß, aber alt und hatte einen eigenartigen Geruch. Die Lage war nicht schön. Das Zimmer war dunkel zum Innenhof/Pool. Hatte das Hotel wegen dem Pool gebucht. Die Fotos und die Beschreibung waren missverständlich. Ich ging von einem Aussenpool aus. Würde diese Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen.“

„It was horrible, we booked it for 1 night and we arrived there in evening around 8pm. Very dirty and permanently damaged bedsheets, pillow, pillow cover and blanket was there on our bed . "Very friendly and helpfull persons working there. It is clean. But I did not like a precharge at check in from my credit card: 50.000 ind. rupees (almost 600 Euro). So I decided not to eat there and went to good restuarants not far away from the hotel. I was was very disappointed about this precharge even if I do not have to pay it finally. But all in all it was a good time at that hotel!"
