„The location as well as the spacious rooms is great. The hotel has been slightly renovated – but not everything has been renewed. The rooms are still the same (carpet, old faucets....). The fitness centre is large, but a lot of equipment has been removed (when it was the Grand Hotel, it had a lot more facilities). But for me that was totally OK! Also the fact that the spa area no longer exists does not bother me. I had a very pleasant stay overall! Thank you very much! “

„Front desk staff especially Mason were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a 2 minute walk from Target Field and next door to Target Center. The light rail is a block away and runs to the airport, Vikings Stadium and Mall of America for a nominal fee. Restaurants/bars are very convenient. Excellent choice for convenience. “

"Das Hotel hat nur für eine Übernachtung nach Ankunft am Flughafen gedient. Da das Hotel nicht auf meine Email-Anfragen bezüglich Shuttle vom Airport zum Hotel geantwortet hat, habe ich mir für ca. 30US$ ein Taxi genommen. Checkin war schnell erledigt, es gab 2 Flaschen Wasser dazu. Obst war in der Lobby verfügbar, das Frühstück ist typisch amerikanisch. Tagsüber fährt immer zur vollen Stunde ein Shuttle zum Airport"
