„The property was not flexible at all in terms of storing our luggage before the check in time at 2pm. We had to sit around for 3 hours and wait as they were not willing to hold our luggage somewhere. Also, the breakfast timing starts only at 8.30 am earliest, for a business trip, this is not sufficient. We had asked if we could get dinner one day instead as we'll be loosing all the paid for breakfasts otherwise, but this was not granted. Staff was not friendly . Overall, i would not return to ...

„We enjoyed our stay although there were some minor things that could be fixed to start with, the Wifi signal is very low, the light was very dim and the electricity was "playing" a lot even when the AC was turned off. Moreover, I would suggest having a longer shower curtain so that the water wouldn't spill outside and covering one of the pipes in the shower that has hot water ( I almost burned myself by accidentally touching it).“

„We booked for 4 days, price including breakfast. When we arrived to the hotel they said the restaurant is closed so they can't serve breakfast. Every time we call the reception no body answers. No one came to clean the room, after two days of our stay the woman of the cleaning service showed up to clean, she only changed the towels. We slept on the same bed sheet for 4 days! As for the location, the view is great, the space of the room is fair. We expected a nicer place. “

I would not return to stay here.

"First of all I have to call the guys by their name, which impressed me extremely with their natural friendliness, professionality, service-oriented behavior and careness. Thank you Toni, Patrick and Alicia for giving me the positive feeling. Also all others from the team are absolutely professionals. I was so lucky that got a good price by the special offer and so am not too disappointed about the room 104. there is no view, to anything, because of the roof above the main entrance. Otherwise you have a privacy at your balcony. The breakfast at room service was phenomenal. Hope next year again, with an upgrade. "
