Es wurde eine kleine Erfrischung gereicht, die Koffer wurden auf die Zimmer gebracht und als der Rezeptionist merkte, dass unsere beiden Zimmer nicht nebeneinander liegen, wurde dies umgehend geändert. „We were 17 adults. I booked 7 rooms 4 months ago . I stayed ooty sterling 2 nights ( all 17 ) Kodikkanal sterling had terrible experience. First they don’t have big vehicles access to resort. Second they accommodate 7 rooms , but they charge for 2 adults 3790 for even sleeping in the floor. For 3 days trip they charge me over $ 3000.00 . Very bad “

„The rooms are well appointed and clean and cosy. The breakfast is nice and the lunch and dinner was tasty. The staff is friendly. The bathroom needs a wider range of toiletries especially shower gel and dental kit. Also, mineral water should be served.. The shower place should have a small shelf to keep shower gel and shampoo. Towels and face napkins should be placed without asking for them.“

„Very beautiful hotel near Munnar. We had a very warm welcome and the room was magnificent (rose petals on the bed). The view on the hills was also very unique. Staff was very friendly and arranged a trip to the tea museum for us. The driver waited for the entire time of our visit. The served food was either continental, indian or chinese. All of it was very delicious. Over all the hotel was truely amazing. An one of a kind experience. Kind regards from Germany“

„Zuerst: Man muss wissen dass das Hotel relativ weit weg ist von Munnar CIty und damit von anderen Restaurants , Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc., Man braucht einen Fahrer um dort weg zu kommen. Wir haben daher dort zu abend gegessen (üppiges, nicht sonderlich raffiniertes Buffet) und mit 470 Rupien pP so viel wie nirgends für ein Abendessen ausgegeben. ANdererseits liegt das Hotel sehr schön und ohne fahrbaren Untersatz ist man in der Umgebung ohnhin aufgeschmissen, wenn man nicht ...

Bad - the food choices weren't good for vegetarians, not much of south Indian dishes for a restaurant located in deep south India. Room service was below average.
