Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Hotel Ein Minuspunkt war die Zimmerreinigung da hat wohl die Dame es etwas zu ungenau genommen wie zb nur eine Kaffeetasse gespült und den Mülleimer nicgt geleert oder im Bad nur teilweise gereinigt Alles in allem aber waren wir mit der modernen Ausstattung sehr zufrieden- Betten u Kissen sehr gut Lage für einen Zwischenstopp sehr gut um auch Zagreb einen Besuch abzustatten geeignet

Für die Durchreise definitiv zu empfehlen
Der Aufenthalt war super. Für die Durchreise von Deutschland nach Bulgarien. Super nah an der Autobahn und Tankstelle (Bezahlbar nur in Landeswährung) direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Hotel sehr sauber, allerdings der Geruch in meinen Zimmer - sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ein Sicherungskasten war frei zugänglich. Allerdings nur für große Menschen erreichbar :) Das Frühstück war super - aber 15€ extra sind es nicht zwingend wert gewesen. Das Personal war überall sehr freundlich!

None of the mentioned is an excuse for such an inconvenience, however, we kindly ask your for understanding as it can happen even to the best ones. Striving for an excellent guest service will always be our key mission and your valuable feedback will certainly help us to keep up with that. Mr. Novak, we have immediately refunded your card for the amount charged (as it needs to be the same payment method that you used to pay the hotel bill) so if should be visible on your account within few business days, depending on your bank/ credit card company. If there be any issues, please inform us. Also, I personally remain at your disposal for any additional requests or future reservations at our hotel. I stayed in a room that was extremely cold. Despite setting the air conditioning to the maximum, the room never warmed up due to a cold draft coming in through the window. I reported the issue to the reception, but there was no improvement. They provided me with a small and noisy heater instead of changing my room or sending a technical team. The room was too cold, and I couldn't sleep comfortably at all.

Nice hotel but location is not great
This hotel is very nice with excellent service, but the location is not beneficial if you want to visit old town. It's definitely a taxi or Uber ride. Their is a small mall within a 30min walk and a lidl supermarket 5 minute walk. This hotel has a chocolate hour on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Room service forgot my order, the bathroom floor was covered in hair, the room wouldn't cool off, and the room lighting was poor. Interesting, but not a place I'd stay again.
