Schöne zwei Nächte
Sehr schöne Suiten mit Glasfront Liegt halt direkt neben den Hauptstraßen Man hört den Lärm auch bei geschlossenen Fenstern Aber ist schon gedämpft Restaurant im achten Stock sehr gut Hallenbad sehr klein

Das Hotel ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert mit einer schönen Bar und Wellnessbereich im 8. Stock. Block über Zagreb. Zimmer sind sehr sauber.

Eigentlich war alles gut. Es gab kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, Sauna und Pool vorhanden, Frühstück gut, Abendessen gut, Zimmer gut. Matratzen etwas zu weich. Umgebung stark befahrene Straße, jedoch ruhig bei geschlossenem Fenster

Another day in Zagreb
I have used this hotel a few times already. But it seemed that the hotel had no info that I have stayed there on a number of occasions already. It is well situated to my needs. This time I was surprised that the A/C control unit in the room was broken so I had to ask maintenance to fix it - it was not working at all. Still, they fixed it even at 9 pm. Breakfast was standard, as usual. Very friendly personnel at the lobby bar, and a good selection of beverages. The front desk was also very helpful in providing the information I needed.

Bonnes prestations
Bon séjour dans l’ensemble grâce à toutes les prestations proposées sur place : bar, restaurant, spas … Hotel moderne avec des chambres spacieuses et propres. Toutefois, des précisions n’ont pas été apportées au moment du check-in, notamment le fait que je pouvais bénéficier d’une réduction de 10% au restaurant de l’hôtel en présentant un coupon. Cette réduction n’a donc pas été appliquée et ne pouvait plus être régularisée au moment du check-out. Enfin, le température de la chambre était réglée à 23 degrés et il était impossible de la descendre. On pouvait l’augmenter mais pas la diminuer. Dormir à une température de 23 degrés a été très difficile.
